Glenn believes business, much like life itself, should be fun and tries to bring that through coaching and adding a little humour to proceedings!
Having married on the banks of Loch Lomond, Glenn loves to return there with his wife and young son who is gradually picking up a Scottish accent!
Julie’s passion has always been the Hospitality Industry from an early age and uses that wealth of knowledge when coaching her clients. She has over 20 years’ experience of revenue generation, team building, business management as well as the understanding on how important customers really are especially when creating those ‘raving fans’. She believes that communication is key in any business and provides honest, practical advice to all her clients. As a busy mum she is also organised and loves a ‘plan!’
There is nothing more important to Julie than having that work life balance for her, her husband and their young son and ActionCOACH Birmingham helps her to achieve this in abundance!
Stephen has a wide range of experience from senior roles across the public, private and not for profit sectors, and has worked with a wide range of businesses within different markets.
He has over 10 years experience in revenue generation, team building, business management, business development and stakeholder management. Stephen has been working with ActionCOACH to support business leaders to implement new strategies for growth and success.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys time with his children (8 year old twins) and also volunteers as a mediator and communication coach for an organisation that seeks to support families at times of crisis.

Tom built from scratch and sold his shares within a recruitment business so relates to the challenges of building, managing and exiting.
A keen networker you will no doubt come across Tom and he is keen to help as many businesses as he can with whatever connections he can as well as matching any needs that can be addressed by ActionCOACH programmes.
Emily is our Digital Marketing Apprentice in charge of making sure all our websites and social media platforms are up to date and looking good, as well as graphics and all things digital.
Roz is a highly professional administrator who has a terrific work ethic complimented by a wicked sense of humour. Her attention to detail is excellent and she has the drive to exceed any expectations given of her. Roz ensures the highest levels of quality assurance to her own work and that of others, often in very stressful or time-sensitive situations.
